Founding
member Florence LaRue (right) leads The Fifth Dimension to a crowd of
3000 at Riverbank Park in downtown Flint on Monday. Even more people lined
the Saginaw and Beach Street bridges to take in the legendary group as
the Flint Symphony Orchestra backed them up. 'Aquarius,' 'Let the Sunshine
In' and 'Up, Up and Away' were among the familiar songs the multi-Grammy-Award-winning
group performed.
